Success Ranch - Equine Assisted Learning

Where Horses are the Teachers

Success Ranch: Equine Assisted Learning is a holistic wellness program where we step out of the classroom and into an arena. Together, we are strengthening relationships, one horse at a time.

WHAT’S EAL?

Equine Assisted Learning is getting hands-on experience to help with the learning process. It is a powerful, professional and effective approach, proven to have a positive impact on people of all ages and abilities.

EQUINE ASSISTED LEARNING

HANDS-ON

Work alongside horses and learn together. We don’t worry about making mistakes – the horses are here for us.

LEARNING

Let the horse be part of your team and experience what they have to teach you. We don’t have to do this by ourselves!

SINGLE SESSION

Work alongside a personal facilitator and have the benefit of one-on-one experience with a horse teacher. Single sessions are fabulous opportunities to experience the EAL world first hand. Try a hands-on individual session at Success Ranch EAL.

EAL PROGRAM

Programming runs in 12-week sets. This allows participants the opportunity to grow and thrive in an organic manner. With a focus on skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork and confidence, participants shine alongside their horse partners on a weekly basis.

TEAM BUILDING

Struggling with challenges in the office? Difficulties can arise when we no longer see how limitations work. With horses guiding your team, you will discover new ways of working together, resolving challenges and create the work solutions you need.

Our mission at Success Ranch is to provide programming that will enhance and build relationships within your life, through the unbiased teachings of the horse.

MEET YOUR NEW TEACHERS.

Sometimes, we need a leg up.

WHAT ARE PEOPLE SAYING?

“I had just one experience with EAL - enough for me to see its potential for almost any individual or group who takes more frequent classes to better learn to think creatively (outside the typical thought ruts we all get into!), to appreciate the surprising contributions of others, and see tangibly the magic of what working as a team can do for us all. Thanks, Stephanie, for a memorable experience. All the best going forward.” — Kathleen Gibson— (2018)

“My son’s active listening and teamwork improved 100%. I would definitely attend more sessions offered by Stephanie and Success Ranch."

— J. Lerat — (2019)

“Even though the horse is a “strong, silent” type, they communicate with you in their movements or refusals. This helped our families awareness of our non-verbal communication, we are more mindful of what our bodies are saying along with our words.” — L. Semchuk — (2019)
