What People Are Saying
“I had just one experience - enough for me to see its potential for almost any individual or group who takes more frequent classes to better learn to think creatively (outside the typical thought ruts we all get into!), to appreciate the surprising contributions of others, and see tangibly the magic of what working as a team can do for us all.”
Kathleen Gibson - 2018
“Even though the horse is a “strong, silent” type, they communicate with you in their movements or refusals. This helped our families aware of our non-verbal communication, we are more mindful of what our bodies are saying along with our words.”
L. Semchuk - 2019
“One of Stephanie's strengths throughout this course is her ability to show patience for the children, and coach the parents as well. She, and her program, have taught me, as a parent, that it's important to listen and really pay attention to my surroundings. She shows that allowing my child to grow at her own speed, no matter what other people say, if the best lesson I can give my child.”
R. Berrns - 2020
“Something I noticed that before we would show up at the ranch there would usually be arguments and stuff happening. And sometimes one of my kids didn’t want to come out to the ranch. But he was always happy once he got to the Ranch. And after we left there would always be an opportunity to discuss some of our problems. I usually felt more equipped after leaving the ranch to teach my children in regards to some of our problems and challenges in our situation. We are going to miss the ranch During the winter break. And we are going to especially miss Stephanie!!”

“What started out as a program for our son, turned into a family affair! We really enjoyed our time in the arena, we learned a lot about ourselves and each other. “
K. Lafontaine - 2019
“Stephanie was very knowledgeable and compassionate in her sessions. My son’s active listening and teamwork improved by 100%. I would definitely attend more sessions offered by Stephanie and success ranch.”
J. Lerat - 2019
“Our experiences at Success Ranch were nothing short of exceptional. We had minimal prior experience with horses but grew to love and trust them very fast. Everything Stephanie tells you is gold. I'd have to say we got more out of it than I expected. We both can't wait to go back. If you are thinking about going, just do it you'll wish you had sooner.”
Carla Boehm. - 2019
“I learned how to tie a horse up. And I learned how to be patient with difficult situations.”

“My daughter and I enjoyed our time at Success Ranch so much, we found out she is a natural with horses. Communication, compromise and respect with my daughter as well as many other things have improved drastically and the amount of stubbornness and acting out has decreased. Very happy with our experience! Highly recommend!”
Stacie Fahlman - 2020
“I would strongly recommend for a family....each learns so much from one another. Each mature in their own way, beneficial for the ones attending and ones at home.”

“The program was so much more than I expected. I went expecting my daughter to learn how to handle a horse, through patience and body language. But the program went so far beyond that! As a parent, I feel I received just as much emotional and mental support in how to help my daughter, as she got time to learn how to be around horses. Her connection with Stormy is one that I know she'll treasure her entire life and will base many relationships on.”
Rochelle Berrns - 2019
“Our Grandkids have attended a class in the last 2 summers when visiting. Stephanie helped the girls achieve the criteria for their Horse Power badge in Girl Guides. They all had an amazing time, all talk about the horses and Stormy often and about the obstacles and what they learnt. Our 2-year-old niece also attended, so it was a class of 6 of us this past summer. We worked in teams to solve the obstacles which was interesting to see the kids work together and figure out each challenge. They had to use their head and be creative instead of just following directions.”
Kim & Ted - 2018/2019
“I experienced that working together will solve your problems. And being calm so that the horses don’t get upset. And I learned it is important to look out for each other. I also learned to be careful when you’re near the horse’s bottom. I had fun doing the puzzles with the horses and I really liked coming to see Stephanie and hug her.”
